Robert Langan Robert Langan, Ph.D., is Training and Supervising Analyst, Faculty, and former Fellow and Director of Curriculum at the William Alanson White Institute, as well as former Book Review Editor of the journal Contemporary Psychoanalysis. He has presented nationally and abroad, published widely on sundry topics, and his longstanding practice of Buddhism gave rise to Minding What Matters: Psychotherapy and the Buddha Within (2006). He maintains a private psychoanalytic practice in New York City.
